Yijian is major in the designing and manufacturing of PC power supply.Our factory has focused on PC power supply for almost 20 years.We’re the OEM factory of famous brands for PC power supply.Our factory has passed the certificate that is given by government,which means our technology is certificated by the government.There are only 900 companies have this certificate in Guangming New District.
R&D team is our core.Main members were from Delta,FSP,Enhance,LITEON,the Great Wall and so on.All solutions are designed by our R&D team.We have more than 100 patents and certificates.In our laboratory,we have equipped with many testing machines,especially the latest Chroma 8000.Under manufacturing or before shipping to customers,all products will be tested in this Chroma 8000,which will test the whole performance,like efficiency.Our R&D team has made complete testings for PC power supply,so that we can design the products that can meet customers’ requests,like passing 80Plus and Cybenetics certificates.
Professional QC team.There are more than 40 members in QC team,who have at least 5 years’ QC experience in PC power supply.Before manufacturing,we’ll arrange members to make IQC firstly,then we can test if each material is good.Under manufacturing,we arranged 2~3 QC members after each process before,so that we could check if each process is well done.Now,with the help of advanced machines(Automatic optical inspection device),we can check better and faster.After manufacturing,QC team will help to make inspection for customers’ goods.
We have 3 production lines,max can be 6 .In 2023,we have put intelligent system into manufacturing,like MES system,Andon system and E-SOP system.All products will be pasted a QC code after passing each process,so that the product information will be recorded into MES system.If there’s something wrong in PC power supply,we can track the manufacturing information by the QR code,then find the reason.Andon system will inform the manager to solve the manufacturing problems quickly by different color.For example,green light means everything is okay;red light means there’s manufacturing problem waiting for being solved.The manager will be informed by wechat,warning alarm and so on.E-SOP system

3.We promise to provide 1% spare for each order.About the after-sales,we have a complete procedure.Firstly,salesman needs to answer customer within 2 hours,and sends the question to the factory.All departments should give the 8D report within 24 hours,and give a solution to this problem.All details should be confirmed with customer.
